Return & Refund Policy for Custom Pet Portraits

At Pet Art With Heart, every portrait is custom-made by hand based on the photos and instructions you provide. Because each artwork is personal and created specifically for you,we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or style preference.

However, your happiness matters — and we stand behind the quality of every portrait.

Custom Artwork - Refunds & Returns

Custom portraits arenon-refundable and non-returnable, except when:

• Your portrait arrives damaged in transit
• You receive the wrong item

In these cases, we willremake your portrait free of charge.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged artwork & packaging
• Your reference photo

Once verified, a replacement portrait will be created within the standard production time.

No monetary refunds are issued on custom artwork.

Damaged Delivery Instructions

If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival:

• Photograph the outer packaging
• Photograph the artwork and internal packaging

• Keep all packaging until the claim is processed

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.
