Commission Process & Satisfaction

Every portrait is hand-painted with great care. To ensure you love your artwork, we provide work-in-progress updates so you can give feedback as the portrait develops.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and clear photos
• Review provided updates in a timely manner
• Submit feedback during the painting process

Minor finishing touches may be requested when the artwork is completed. Once shipped, changes may still be possible — shipping to/from the studio is the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Custom portrait work begins shortly after booking.

Cancellation rules:

• Cancel within 7 days of placing your order - Full refund
• Cancel after 7 days or after work has started - 20-50% cancellation fee

This fee covers time, materials, and admin preparation already completed.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment source.

Payment

• A deposit secures your place in the schedule
• Balance due before painting begins, unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are processed securely (PayPal, etc.)

Currency

Prices default to Swedish Krona (SEK).

Conversion rates may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery & Shipping

Worldwide shipping via trusted carriers such as FedEx Express.

Delivery times vary depending on:

• Artist schedule (first-come-first-served basis)
• Shipping destination
• Customs processing

For urgent deadlines, gift vouchers are recommended.

Import duties or regional taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Bespoke Framing

If framing is requested through us, once framing work begins it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Reproduction Rights

All artwork remains the copyright of the artist,even when custom-made. You may display your art for personal use, but may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is kept private and never sold or shared. Contact details are only used to process your order and communicate with you.

Cookies may be used for basic site functionality and analytics.

Taxes & Quarantine

Import fees, customs charges, or quarantine inspections (e.g., Australia/NZ) are the customer's responsibility.

We package artwork to reduce potential customs or quarantine issues.
